I used to have swimming lessons at the baths in 1958 . I think it was a Sunday morning. I was 7 yrs old and I would catch the 41 bus , on my own , to get there from Wychall lane I was a really keen swimmer and I loved going there. When I was older I graduated to Northfield baths.
