Mindfulness for Stress: 7.30pm – 9.30pm FREE taster session 17th Sept 18. Learn tried and tested ways to manae stress, health or pain and improve you wellbeing. Gyrokinesis: 10.30am – 11.30am. Want to feel energised, de-stressed, stringer and taller? Gyrokinesis is an exercise method that engages the whole body in fluid circular and spiralling movements designed to strengthen, mobilise and stimulate, improving posture, circulation and balance.
