Activities Starting in September

There are a number of new activities starting in September:-

Mondays

Mindfulness for Stress: 7.30pm – 9.30pm FREE taster session 17th Sept 18. Learn tried and tested ways to manae stress, health or pain and improve you wellbeing. A small friendly group led by an experience mindfulness teacher. Tuesdays –

Gyrokinesis: 10.30am – 11.30am. Want to feel energised, de-stressed, stringer and taller? Gyrokinesis is an exercise method that engages the whole body in fluid circular and spiralling movements designed to strengthen, mobilise and stimulate, improving posture, circulation and balance. Book Club: 10.00am – 11.30am, every first Wednesday in the month. Have a look at the forthcoming dates and see if you are free.
